Enabling Work definition

Enabling Work shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals of this Agreement. “Enabling Work Agreement” shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals of this Agreement.
Enabling Work is defined as (a) work required outside of the primary construction area of a given phase, including installation of temporary office trailers, to develop space to which occupants located within the primary construction area will be relocated prior to commencement of primary construction, or (b) work within the primary construction area that must be completed prior to commencement of primary construction, that will be required in advance of the three primary phases of construction to facilitate construction sequencing or other strategic purposes. Enabling work will be validated and identified during the preliminary design phase. Conceptual documents will be prepared to confirm a workable solution prior to the preparation of construction documents in the next phase of completion.
Enabling Work means site preparation necessary for the development, construction, use, operation, and maintenance of the Stadium, including without limitation the installation of on- site utilities for the Stadium Site and the Stadium Village, on-site environmental remediation for the Stadium Site, and the relocation of utility lines necessary to facilitate the Project Improvements and all design costs related thereto.

Examples of Enabling Work in a sentence

  • With the exclusion of all Enabling Work which is performed pursuant to the Enabling Work Agreement, StadCo shall not do or permit others to do any Project Improvements Work unless and until (i) StadCo shall have first procured and paid for applicable permits, licenses, and approvals then required under Applicable Law to commence the specific work being performed and (ii) StadCo has complied with the Insurance Covenants.

  • Directly Enabling Work, Education, and Health Monitoring after Completion of the Project Project eligibility is defined by the services that the completed Projects are designed to provide.

Related to Enabling Work

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • The Work means each and every activity required for the successful performance of the services described in Section II, the Terms of Reference.

  • Multiregional Modeling Working Group or “MMWG” shall mean the NERC working group that is charged with multi-regional modeling.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Additional Work to mean additions or deletions or modifications to the amount, type or value of the Work and Services as required in this Contract, as directed and/or approved by the County.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Extra Work means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

Any reference to UK primary legislation (Acts) or secondary legislation (Statutory Instruments) in this Grant Contract includes reference to any changes to or replacement of those Acts or Statutory Instruments.

  • Bidding Process means the procurement procedure under which sealed bids are invited, received, opened, examined and evaluated for the purpose of awarding a contract;

  • Deliverables means the work product and other output of the Services required to be delivered by Contractor as part of the Services, as specified in the relevant section of the Contract.
