Enabling Legislation means the CCA;

  • Nothing in this section prevents the Hospital from providing the Funder or the Minister, as applicable, with notice of integration at any time in accordance with the Enabling Legislation.

  • The Hospital will provide to the Funder, or to such other person or entity as the parties may reasonably agree, in the form and within the time specified by the Funder, the Reports, other than personal health information as defined in the Enabling Legislation, that the Funder requires for the purposes of exercising its powers and duties under this Agreement, the Enabling Legislation or for the purposes that are prescribed under any Applicable Law.

Enabling Legislation means those chapters, other than Chapter 4.10, of Title 23 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, creating, continuing, or otherwise setting forth the powers, purposes, and missions of the individual public institutions of higher education of the Commonwealth.
