Enabling Legislation means the CCA;

• Nothing in this section prevents the Hospital from providing the Funder or the Minister, as applicable, with notice of integration at any time in accordance with the Enabling Legislation.

• The Hospital acknowledges that the Funder may, pursuant to the Enabling Legislation, require proof of the matters referred to in this Article 10.
