EMS definition

EMS means the respective Energy Management Systems utilized by the Parties to manage the flow of energy within their Regions.
EMS or "Energy Management System": The real-time, computer-based control system, or any successor thereto, used by Company to manage the supply and delivery of electric energy to its consumers. It provides the Company System Operator with an integrated set of manual and automatic functions necessary for the operation of the Company System under both normal and emergency conditions.
