EMR Provider definition

EMR Provider means an organization authorized by the SJCEMSA to participate in the EMS system for the purpose of providing non-transport prehospital patient care.

  • Non-Administrator Provider means a Provider that does not meet the definition of Administrator Provider unless otherwise specified in the definition of a particular Provider.
