Employment Start Date definition

Employment Start Date means the first business day on which a Participant is an employee of the Company or a Specified Affiliate, on the Company’s or such Affiliate’s payroll, as applicable.

Employment Start Date means the first business day on which a Participant is an active regular employee of a U.S. Affiliate of the Company, on the U.S. Affiliate’s payroll, as applicable.

Employment Start Date means the first business day on which a Participant is a regular employee of the Company in accordance with the Company’s payroll.

• The parties shall execute the Indemnification Agreement upon or shortly following the Employment Start Date.

• Because of employer regulations adopted in the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, within three (3) business days of the Employment Start Date, the Employee must present documentation demonstrating that the Employee has authorization to work in the United States.

• Except as provided in the reminder of this paragraph, each active “regular” employee of the Company on the last day of the Plan Year (except as specifically provided in Section 6) whose Employment Start Date is November 1 of the Plan Year or earlier may participate in this Plan.

More Definitions of Employment Start Date

Employment Start Date means the first business day on which a Participant is a regular employee of the Company, on the Company’s payroll, as applicable.

Employment Start Date means the first day of the Employee’s employment with the Company.

Employment Start Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).

Employment Start Date means the first business day on which a Participant is an employee of the Company or an International Affiliate, on the Company’s or International Affiliate’s payroll, as applicable.

Employment Start Date shall have the meaning given in Schedule D.

Employment Start Date means the first business day on which a Participant is a regular employee of the Company, on the Company’s payroll. “Participant” means a regular, active employee of the Company, not subject to disciplinary action on the last day of the Plan Year.

Employment Start Date means the Effective Date of this Agreement.
