Employment Requirement definition

Employment Requirement means the continuous employment of the Executive by the Company or a subsidiary on and after the Date of Grant through the date specified.
Employment Requirement means Executive’s continuous employment by Bank for a period of five (5) years from the date of this Agreement. Said restricted shares will be distributed within forty-five (45) days of Executive meeting the Employment Requirement. Should the Executive not meet the Employment Requirement, the restricted stock shall revert back to the Bank and be cancelled.
