Employment Report definition

Employment Report. Means Required by Executive Order No. 50, these reports are to be completed and submitted to the Owner in the form annexed as Part VI of the IFB for this Contract. “Endorsements” Means Endorsements to Insurance Policies required under the Contract, as described in greater detail in Appendix B.
Employment Report means a report filed by a contractor containing information as to the employment practices, policies, programs, employment statistics and collective bargaining agreements, if any, of the contractor in such form as the Office may direct by regulation;
Employment Report means a report prepared by the Borrower that consists of as of the dates required in Section 6.04 below that contains for each Employee (a) an employee identification number or other unique code or unique identifier, (b) the average hours worked, or expected to be worked, for the year, (c) the hourly or annual pay rate, and (d) a general description of available benefits for each listed Employee. An officer of the Borrower shall certify that (i) the list is true and accurate, (ii) the employees listed meet the definition of Employees, and (iii) each of the employees listed is employed at the Facility. The Employment Report shall be in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.

More Definitions of Employment Report

Employment Report has the meaning provided in Section 39.9(a) hereof. “Environmental Laws” means any and all federal, state or local environmental, health and/or safety-related laws, regulations, standards, environmental impact filings and disclosure requirements, decisions of the courts, permits or permit conditions, relating to the protection of the environment, including those regulating, relating to or imposing liability or standards of conduct concerning any Hazardous Substances, currently existing or as amended or adapted in the future which are or become applicable to Tenant or the Premises.
