Employment Position means: Customer Service Representatives (also formerly known as Tellers) (CSR); Assistant Branch Managers (Level 4) (ABM); (c) Financial Service Representatives (also formerly known as Personal Banking Associates, Personal Bankers, Senior Personal Bankers and Business Advisors) (FSR); (d) Financial Service Associates (FSA); (e) Branch Ambassadors (BA); and (f) Other employees who performed the same or similar job functions as the above under a different or previous CIBC job title,
Employment Position means a position of employment whereby Student receives compensation from an employer or contractor. As used herein, Employment Position shall mean the positions specified in Exhibit A, or Employment Positions substantially similar to those specified.
Employment Position means any established, paid position within an employer's business organization that is either filled or available to be filled by a person offering labor services to the employer;

  • Interpreting and explaining policies governing eligibility, including explaining the responsibilities and requirements outlined in the PA and securing the applicant’s signature on the PA prior to beginning a W-2 Employment Position.

  • Scope of employment means performance by an employee acting in good faith within the duties of the employee’s office or employment or of tasks lawfully assigned by a competent authority including the operation or use of an agency vehicle or equipment with actual or implied consent of the supervisor of the employee, but shall not include corruption or fraud;
