Employment Offer has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1 below.

More Definitions of Employment Offer

Employment Offer means an offer of employment to all Business Employees which becomes effective on the Closing Date and which provides for substantially similar terms and conditions as those for which the Business Employee was employed at the Closing Date, with full recognition of the Business Employee’s period of service with Seller or the respective Selling Affiliate as if such period of service was with Purchaser or the Purchaser Designee.

Employment Offer means that document, in applicable form, which Purchaser or the applicable Designated Purchaser is required under the terms of this Agreement to deliver to Employees whose employment or employment contract does not otherwise transfer to Purchaser or the applicable Designated Purchaser under applicable Law.
