Employment Location definition

Employment Location in your Letter of Appointment for Executive dated August 4, 2010 is varied as follows: Sands Macao Hotel, The Venetian Macao-Resort-Hotel, The Plaza Macao, Sands Cotai Central or any other Hotels in Macau owned by the Employer and/or subsidiary owned by or other related affiliated of the Company, subject to change at the Company’s discretion.
Employment Location. Executive agrees that to effectively fulfill the duties set for in this Agreement, Executive will be required to work out of the Company’s Tempe corporate headquarter office location on a regular basis.
Employment Location means the state where, (i) with the Company’s approval, the Executive primarily performs services for the Company, or (ii) if the Executive’s employment has ended, the state in which the Executive last primarily performed services for the Company as an employee with the Company’s approval.

  • Employment Contract means any contract between the Corporation or any Designated Affiliate and any Eligible Employee, Eligible Director or Other Participant relating to, or entered into in connection with, the employment of the Eligible Employee, the appointment or election of the Eligible Director or the engagement of the Other Participant or any other agreement to which the Corporation or a Designated Affiliate is a party with respect to the rights of such Participant in respect of a change in control of the Corporation or the termination of employment, appointment, election or engagement of such Participant;

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Employment means any occupation, vocation or employment, or any form of vocational or educational training. Provided, however, that "employment" shall not, for the purposes of this article, include membership in any law enforcement agency.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Employment Law means any provision of this Act or any of the following Acts:

  • Employment Services means "employment services" as defined in OAR 411-345-0020.

  • Employment Date means the first date as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service, provided that, in the case of a Break in Service, the Employment Date shall be the first date thereafter as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service.

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Employment Contracts means Contracts, whether oral or written, relating to a Business Employee, including any communication or practice relating to a Business Employee which imposes any obligation on Seller or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Employment Laws means all applicable federal, state and local laws (including, without limitation, any statutes, regulations, ordinances or common laws) regarding the employment, hiring or discharge of persons.

  • Employment Commencement Date means the date on which the Employee first performs an Hour of Service.

  • Employment Agreements shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.05.

  • Place of employment means an area under the control of a public or private employer, including work areas, auditoriums, classrooms, conference rooms, elevators, employee cafeterias, employee lounges, hallways, meeting rooms, private offices, restrooms, temporary offices, vehicles, and stairs. A private residence is not a place of employment unless it is used as a licensed child care, adult day care, or health care facility.

  • Employment Termination means the effective date of: (i) Executive’s voluntary termination of employment with the Company with Good Reason, or (ii) the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Good Cause.

  • Appropriate office of the State employment service system means the local office of the federal-state national system or public employment offices with assigned responsibility for serving the area where the employment opening is to be filled, including the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

  • Prior Employment Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
