Employment Liabilities definition

Employment Liabilities means all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, compensation, tribunal awards, fines, costs (including but not limited to reasonable legal costs), expenses and all other liabilities whatsoever;
Employment Liabilities includes all liabilities (including pension liabilities) connected with or arising from the employment of employees or the use or engagement of temporary, agency or other individual or contract workers and their health and safety at work including any requirement to inform or consult such individuals or their representatives.
Employment Liabilities means any and all Losses, excluding Employment Costs, directly arising out of or directly connected with employment or the employment relationship, or the initiation (or failure to initiate) or the termination of employment, or of the employment relationship (including all Losses in connection with any claim, award, judgement or agreement for redundancy pay, or damages or compensation for unfair or wrongful dismissal or breach of contract or discrimination).

  • Accordingly, each party shall indemnify, and hold the other party harmless, from and against all Employment Liabilities which the other party or its Representatives may incur arising from or in connection with the expiry, termination or assignment of an Order.
