Employment Letters means the letter agreements with the Key Employees entered into between Buyer (or its Affiliate) and each Key Employee.

More Definitions of Employment Letters

Employment Letters means each of the separate Employment Letters to be entered into between each of the Shareholders and the Purchaser.
