Employment Costs definition

Employment Costs means all costs, expenses, charges and contributions arising or accrued in connection with the contract of employment or its termination including, without limitation, all remuneration, emoluments, salaries, wages, bonus, commission, benefit costs, holiday pay, notice pay, redundancy pay, taxation and national insurance contributions and contributions to retirement benefit schemes;

Examples of Employment Costs in a sentence

  • The Parties agree that all Employment Costs in respect of the Re-Transferring Personnel will be allocated as follows: the Recipient will be responsible for any Employment Costs relating to the period up to the Further Transfer Date; MOPAC or (where appointed) any Successful new Recipient will be responsible for the Employment Costs relating to the period on and after the Further Transfer Date, and will if necessary be apportioned on a time basis (regardless of when such sums fall to be paid).

Employment Costs means, with respect to any employee of Biomatrix, for any period, the aggregate amount of *
