Employment Business definition

Employment Business means as per the Employment Agencies Xxx 0000 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, an Employment Business is a business that offers contracts of employment to temporary workers, whose services are then temporarily offered on secondment to Framework Public Bodies.
Employment Business means an employment agency is an organization which matches employers to employees. In all developed countries there is a publicly funded employment agency and multiple private businesses which also act as employment agencies.

  • During the Period of Extended Hire the Employment Business shall supply a Temporary Resource on the same terms on which it has or would have been supplied during the Assignment and in any case, on terms no less favourable than those terms which applied immediately before the Employment Business received the notice in clause 8.3 and the Client shall continue to pay the Charges.
