Examples of Employment Business in a sentence
During the Period of Extended Hire the Employment Business shall supply a Temporary Resource on the same terms on which it has or would have been supplied during the Assignment and in any case, on terms no less favourable than those terms which applied immediately before the Employment Business received the notice in clause 8.3 and the Client shall continue to pay the Charges.
The Client has instructed the Employment Business to supply temporary workers to provide services, as specified in the relevant Assignment Details Form (“the Assignment Services”).
Those temporary workers may be engaged directly by the Employment Business or through Intermediaries.
The Employment Business does not exclude liability for death or personal injury arising from its own negligence or for any other loss which it is not permitted to exclude under law.
If the Client wishes to Engage the Temporary Resource other than through the Employment Business, but without liability to pay a Transfer Fee, the Client may, on giving one weeks written notice to the Employment Business, engage the relevant Temporary Resource for the Period of Extended Hire of 26 weeks.
