Employment Area definition

Employment Area means the area coloured pink on Plan 3 (Settlement Plan) of the S106 Agreement;
Employment Area means an individual program, service, function or department within the REC
Employment Area means the City of Huntington, West Virginia and any other location within thirty (30) miles of the city limits of Huntington. The Executive also agrees to perform such managerial duties and responsibilities as shall be assigned to him by the Board of Directors of the Employer, which duties and responsibilities shall be of the character required by his assigned offices. The Executive shall devote his time and attention on a full-time basis to the discharge of the duties assigned by the Employer and undertaken by him hereunder. The Executive shall not, during the term of this Agreement, engage in any activities on behalf of the Employer not sanctioned or approved by Employer's Board of Directors.

  • Place of employment means an enclosed area under the control of a public or private employer that employees normally frequent during the course of employment, including, but not limited to, work areas, private offices, employee lounges, restrooms, conference rooms, meeting rooms, classrooms, employee cafeterias, hallways, and vehicles. A private residence is not a "place of employment" unless it is used as a child care, adult day care, or health care facility;

  • Period of Employment shall include any extension thereof pursuant to the preceding sentence. Provision of notice that the Period of Employment shall not be extended or further extended, as the case may be, shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall not constitute “Good Reason” for purposes of this Agreement. Supported employment services can be provided through many different service models.

  • Date of Employment means the first day an Employee performs an Hour of Service.

  • Self-employment shall be where a Claimant sets up his/her own business and is responsible for paying his/her tax and National Insurance.

  • Employment Termination means the effective date of: (i) Executive’s voluntary termination of employment with the Company with Good Reason, or (ii) the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Good Cause.

  • Prior Employment Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • Employment Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

  • Active Employment means you must be actively at work for the Sponsor:

  • contract of employment means a contract of service or apprenticeship, whether express or implied, and (if it is express) whether oral or in writing;

  • Term of Employment means the period specified in Section 2.

  • Employment Law means any provision of this Act or any of the following Acts:

  • County Executive means the County Executive of the County.

  • Employment Term has the meaning specified in Section 2.

  • Employment Date means the first date as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service, provided that, in the case of a Break in Service, the Employment Date shall be the first date thereafter as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service.

  • Customized employment means an approach to supported employment which individualizes the employment relationship between employees and employers in ways that meet the needs of both. Customized employment is based on an individualized determination of the strengths, needs, and interests of the person with a disability and is also designed to meet the specific needs of the employer. Customized employment may include employment developed through job carving, self-employment or entrepreneurial initiatives, or other job development or restructuring strategies that result in job responsibilities being customized and individually negotiated to fit the needs of the individual with a disability. Customized employment assumes the provision of reasonable accommodations and supports necessary for the individual to perform the functions of a job that is individually negotiated and developed.
