Employers Organization definition

Employers Organization means the party to this Agreement, being the collective total of Employers listed in Appendix “D” (Employer list column) herein established for the purpose of identifying the group of Employers party to this Collective Agreement.
Employers Organization means any association or organization formed to represent or advance the interests of any employers or groups thereof in respect of matters relating to employment;
Employers Organization means an employers' organization as defined in section 1 of the Labour Relations Act, 1956 (Act No. 28 of 1956);

Examples of Employers Organization in a sentence

  • Should the nurse not obtain a permanent position in accordance with the new Employer’s collective agreement, all seniority and benefits shall terminate, unless the nurse in turn obtains employment with another MNU Employer in the same or in another Employers Organization where nurse-initiated mobility applies, and within six (6) weeks.

Employers Organization means means an employers’ organisation registered under section 54 of the Labour Act, 1992 (Act 6 of 1992);[The definition of “employer’s organization” is amended by Act 51 of 1956 and by Act 29 of 1984, and substituted by RSA Proc. 45 of 1990 and by Act 5 of 1995.
