Employer's Duty to Discuss Change. (i) The Employer shall discuss with the Employees affected and their representatives, the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 30.1(a)(a)(i), the effects the changes are likely to have on Employees, measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on Employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the Employees and/or their representatives in relation to the changes.
Employer's Duty to Discuss Change. 27.2.1 The employer shall discuss with the employees affected and the relevant union(s) "inter alia", the introduction of the changes referred to in (27.1.2) hereof, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on employees, and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the relevant union(s) in relation to the changes.

(a) The employer shall discuss with the trainees affected and the union inter alia, the introduction of the changes referred to in subclause (1) hereof, the effects the changes are likely to have on trainees, measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on trainees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the trainees and/or their union in relation to the changes.
Employer's Duty to Discuss Change a) The employer shall discuss with the employee(s) affected and the union(s) to which they belong, inter alia, the introduction of the changes referred to in sub-clauses (i)(a) and (b) of this clause, what affects the changes are likely to have on the employee(s) and measures to avert or mitigate the adverse changes on the employee(s) and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employee(s) and/or their union in relation to the changes and may reconsider its original decision.

(a) The Employer shall discuss with the employees affected and if the employees indicate they wish to be represented by the union or other nominated representative, the union or such other nominated representative, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or their nominated representative (if applicable) in respect to such changes .
Employer's Duty to Discuss Change. (a) Discussion between the employer and the employee(s) affected and the Union(s) shall commence as soon as possible after a firm decision has been made by the employer to make the changes referred to in subclause 45.1(a) above.

The employer shall discuss with the employees affected the introduction of the changes referred to in subclause 2.2.1 hereof, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the Union in relation to the changes. The discussions shall commence as early as practicable after a definite decision has been made by the employer to make the changes referred to in subclause 2.2.1 hereof. For the purposes of such discussion, the employer shall provide in writing to the employees concerned, all relevant information about the changes including the nature of the changes proposed, the expected effects of the changes on employees and any other matters likely to affect employees provided that any employer shall not be required to disclose confidential information, the disclosure of which would be inimical to the employer's interests.

The employer shall discuss with the officers affected and the relevant union(s) "inter alia", the introduction of the changes referred to in (a) hereof, the effects the changes are likely to have on officers, measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on officers, and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the officers.
