Employer Entity definition

Employer Entity means the Company and each of its subsidiaries and affiliates, including without limitation, FCB.
Employer Entity means Ocwen Financial Corporation, Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. or another entity with a service relationship with the Corporation.
Employer Entity means the Company or any Affiliate thereof that employs the Executive at any time during the term of this Agreement.

  • Where a Delegate of a Full Member or Section is unable to attend a Council meeting, the Alternate Delegate appointed by the same Full Member or Section may attend, participate and vote at such Council meeting in the absence of the Delegate.

  • If coverage of an Employer Entity is made available only through one or more bona fide associations, the membership of the Employer Entity in such an association ends.

Employer Entity shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.4.
