Employee Stockholders definition

Employee Stockholders means the Executive Stockholders and the Management Stockholders.
Employee Stockholders. FAMILY GROUP" means such Employee Stockholder's spouse and lineal descendants (whether natural or adopted) and any trust formed and maintained solely for the benefit of such Employee Stockholder, such Employee Stockholder's spouse or such Employee Stockholder's lineal descendants.

Employee Stockholders means all holders of Class B Common Stock who are employees of BlackRock or any of its Affiliates and who are parties to this Agreement.
