Employee Stockholder definition

Employee Stockholder means an Employee who, at the time an Incentive Stock Option is granted owns, as defined in Section 424 of the Code, stock possessing more than ten percent (10%) of the total combined voting power of all classes of stock of: (a) the Company; or (b) if applicable, a Subsidiary or a Parent.

Employee Stockholder means a Stockholder who is or has been an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Employee Stockholder shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
