Employee Payment definition

Employee Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4. ----------------
Employee Payment means the $700,000 payment described to be paid to Xxxxxxx after the Closing pursuant to the Xxxxxxx Employment Agreement.

Employee Payment means (a) payments to employees of the Company between the date hereof and the Closing Date in the Ordinary Course of Business and consistent with existing Company bonus and variable compensation plans and (b) additional payments, not exceeding $1,500,000 in the aggregate, to employees of the Company between the date hereof and the Closing Date as bonuses.
