Employee Option definition

Employee Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 5.
Employee Option means a Company Option that was granted to the holder in the holder’s capacity as, or had vesting tied to the holder’s performance of services as, an employee of the Company for applicable employment Tax purposes.

Employee Option means each Vested Company Option that was granted to the holder in the holder’s capacity as, or that had vesting tied to the holder’s performance of services as, an employee service provider of the Company for applicable employment Tax purposes pursuant to the applicable award agreement.
