Employee Members means the Members that have been appointed by unions, employee associations, retiree organizations/associations, or Employee Members pursuant to this By-law; and
Employee Members means (i) each New Employee Member and (ii) any Affiliate of (i) admitted as an additional or substitute Employee Member of the Company in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, until such time as such Person ceases to be a Member of the Company as provided herein.
Employee Members means Persons listed under the heading “Employee Members” on the signature page hereto.

Employee Members means (i) any employee of the Operating Company or any of its Subsidiaries who purchases Interests subsequent to the date hereof, (ii) any other Person, who is not a Member on the date hereof, designated as an Employee Member by the Management Committee and (iii) all Permitted Transferees of such Persons that become parties to this Agreement in accordance with Article IX.
