EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 33.01 (a) An Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) shall be established within three (3) months of the signing of the Collective Agreement. The Union Representative shall provide the names of up to three (3) elected Employees and the Employer shall provide the names of up to three (3) appointed representatives to sit on the EMAC.
EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 41.01 The Parties to this Collective Agreement agree to establish an Employee- Management Advisory Committee(s) or the equivalent for promoting harmonious relationships and discussing topics of mutual concern between the employees and the Employer.
EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 19.01 (a) An Employee Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) shall be established. The desired functions of the EMAC are to examine and make recommendations regarding the concerns of Employees relative to resident care and other matters related to employment, not covered within the Collective Agreement.
EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 10.01 The Parties to this Collective Agreement agree to establish Employee-Management Advisory Committee(s) (EMAC) within the sites. Each Committee will consist of a maximum of six (6) persons with equal representation from the Parties.
EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 32.01 (a) The Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) shall be maintained. The Union shall provide the names of up to three (3) elected Employees representatives and the Employer shall be represented by the Site Manager or Resident Care Manager and up to two (2) additional representatives.

EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 36.01 In the spirit of both Parties maintaining efficient and harmonious relationships, both parties will form an Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC).
EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 8.01 As the Employer and the Union are committed to joint consultation and constructive problem-solving where matters of mutual interest are concerned, an Employee/Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) shall be formed for this purpose within thirty (30) days of the ratification of this Collective Agreement and shall function for the term of this Collective Agreement. Both the Employer and the Union shall appoint up to three (3) representatives to the Committee.
EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 41.01 The parties agree to establish an Employee Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) consisting of not more than six (6) persons, including two (2) Employees who shall represent the Employer, three (3) Employees (two (2) from Chapter 019 and one (1) from Chapter 018) who shall represent the union, and one (1) Union Representative.
EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 20.01 An Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) shall be established. The desired functions of the EMAC are to examine and make recommendations regarding the concerns of Employees relative to resident care including staffing issues, workload issues and professional responsibility issues and other matters related to employment, not covered within the Collective Agreement. The parties will mutually agree on terms of reference for the EMAC. The Employee-Management Advisory Committee shall meet within ten (10) calendar days upon request of either Party. The guideline for the meetings shall be the agreed Terms of Reference. The minutes of the meeting shall be subject to approval by both Parties and upon approval by both Parties, the approved minutes shall be posted on the Union bulletin board.
