Examples of Employee Liabilities in a sentence
The indemnities in Paragraph 3.1 shall not apply to the extent that the Employee Liabilities arise or are attributable to an act or omission of the Customer whether occurring or having its origin before, on or after the Relevant Transfer Date including, without limitation, any Employee Liabilities arising from the Customer’s failure to comply with its obligations under the Employment Regulations.
