Employee Investors means current, former or future the officers, directors, managers and employees (and Controlled Investment Affiliates and Immediate Family Members of the foregoing) of Holdings, the Borrower, the Restricted Subsidiaries or any Parent Entity who are or who become direct or indirect investors in Holdings, any of its Parent Entities, any Equityholding Vehicle, or in the Borrower, including any such officers, directors, managers or employees owning through an Equityholding Vehicle.
