Employee Grievance Representative means an employee who has been designated by the PBA to investigate grievances and to represent grievant(s) at Step 1 when the PBA has been selected as the employee’s representative.
Examples of Employee Grievance Representative in a sentence
An employee may request that a PBA Staff Representative or Employee Grievance Representative be present during any disciplinary investigation meeting in which the employee is being questioned relative to alleged misconduct of the employee, or during a predetermination conference in which suspension, dismissal, disciplinary demotion, or reduction in base pay of the employee is being considered.
FAMU will not recognize any person as an Employee Grievance Representative, PBA Staff Representatives, or other PGA grievance representative who name does not appear on the list.
