Employee Assistance. The Company believes in offering assistance to employees with a substance problem. Although the Company does not have a rehabilitation program and will not pay for an employee to attend a program, we are supportive of employees taking action on their own behalf to address a substance problem. To help those who come forward voluntarily, we've compiled a list of local community resources.
