Employee Access to Personnel File. Within five (5) days of an employee’s request, she shall have access to her personnel file. Employees or persons authorized by them in writing, shall be entitled to obtain copies of any material on their personnel file, upon reasonable notice.
Employee Access to Personnel File. Each employee shall have access to and be able to view her individual personnel file upon request, in the presence of a manager or member of the Human Resources department, at a location that is mutually agreeable. The employee will be provided up to one (1) hour paid time to view her file. Alternatively, the Board may provide a photocopy of the contents of the file to the employee. The Board agrees to provide photocopies of materials from the employee file to the employee upon request.
