  • If due to a Force Majeure Event, the Affected Party is prevented in whole or in part from carrying out its obligations under this Empanelment Agreement, the Affected Party shall notify the other Party accordingly (“Force Majeure Notice”).

  • Empanelment Agreement shall not be amended or modified or altered or changed, except in writing and duly executed by the authorized representatives of each party.
