Emergency Support definition

Emergency Support means a needs-based emergency response, complementing the response of the affected Member States aimed at preserving life, preventing and alleviating human suffering, and maintaining human dignity wherever the need arises as a result of serious cross-border threats to health referred to in Article 3 (1).
Emergency Support means technical support provided by the Contractor outside of normal support hours for any problem or issue that is impacting the City’s ability to conduct business and cannot wait until the next business day to resolve.
