Emergency Situations definition

Emergency Situations. Fire, any other casualty, or any other events, circumstances or conditions which threaten the safety or physical well-being of the Facility's guests or employees or which involve the risk of material property damage or material loss to the Facility.

Emergency Situations means any case of invasion, disaster, insurrection, riot, breach of peace, or imminent danger thereof, threats to the public health or security, or threats to the maintenance of law and order.

Emergency Situations means unforeseen circumstances that endanger lives, property, or the continuation of a vital program, as determined by the purchasing Agency Director, and that can be rectified only by immediate purchases or rental of Goods or Services.

Examples of Emergency Situations in a sentence
