Emergency Expenditures definition

Emergency Expenditures means any of the eligible expenditures set forth in the CERC Manual referred to in Section I.F of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and required for the Contingent Emergency Response Part.
Emergency Expenditures means expenditures which are reasonably necessary to be expended in order to mitigate or remedy the endangerment of property, the health or safety of any Person or the environment.
Emergency Expenditures has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(e)(i) hereof.

More Definitions of Emergency Expenditures

Emergency Expenditures shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(k) below.

Emergency Expenditures means the eligible expenditures required to finance the cost of the approved list of goods, works, and services necessary to support emergency mitigation, response and recovery, under Part 4 of the Project and set forth in the Emergency Response Operations Manual.
