Emergency Downtime definition

Emergency Downtime means downtime during critical patch deployment and critical operating system upgrades as described in the Supplement.

Emergency Downtime means such time as the Software is offline due to a short-term emergency condition.

Emergency Downtime means those times where Trellance may need to perform emergency maintenance, including security patch installation and any replacement that results in Downtime. Emergency Downtime is not considered Downtime for purposes of this SaaS Uptime SLA and will not be counted towards any Downtime periods.

Emergency Downtime means any unavailability of the Portal or Service due to a temporary suspension by Badger Meter to perform maintenance to address any, urgent and unexpected issue with the Portal or Service.

Emergency Downtime means those times when AVEVA or a third party becomes aware of a security or other vulnerability that AVEVA deems to require prompt remediation and, as a result, the Products are temporarily made unavailable in order for AVEVA to remediate the security or other vulnerability.

Emergency Downtime means circumstances where Company discovers a vulnerability in the Service that is reasonably likely to have a broad material impact on the Service. During Emergency Downtime, Company will make the Service unavailable to correct the vulnerability, and then promptly restore the availability of the Service.
