Emergency Change definition

Emergency Change means a change or other Resolution that is triggered by a Severity Level 1 Incident. .
Emergency Change means a change that requires immediate attention from SOC to address a live, service impacting issue that you are experiencing. Emergency Change should be used only as a last resort.
Emergency Change means a change that needs to be evaluated, assessed and either rejected or approved in a short space of time to address an immediate issue. Documentation is provided retrospectively of the implemented change once approved;

Examples of Emergency Change in a sentence

  • Customer acknowledges that, due to the nature of the Fluid Solutions Services which are tailored to specific information and data, in the event of such material change, it is imperative that Customer immediately respond to any request for Emergency Change Order to avoid a spill or other incident.

  • County shall notify Supplier of such Changes and any related scheduling limitations, or required timing, and all emergency Changes shall be performed in accordance with the County emergency Change Control Process attached to the Agreement as Exhibit U.2 (Emergency Change Control Process).

More Definitions of Emergency Change

Emergency Change has the meaning as set out in paragraph 2.2 Schedule 3 Cha (nge Control Procedure); “Equipment” the hardware, cabling and systems equipment provided by CSI identified in an Order, which is to be installed at or delivered to a Client’s premises or the premises of a Customer of Client or as otherwise specified in the relevant Order;
Emergency Change means a highly critical, Simple Change that must be implemented as soon as possible specifically to address an issue having an adverse impact to business operations, or to prevent or resolve a P1 Incident.
Emergency Change means a Change that is introduced as soon as possible in order to reduce or avoid adverse impact on the business. Risk and impact analysis are mandatory. It is directly linked to an existing Incident (or problem).
Emergency Change means a Change required as a result of any situation which the Commission reasonably believes has or may have a significant detrimental effect on the Services;
Emergency Change request means an operational Change request which is identified or otherwise labelled by the Customer as an emergency
