Emergency assistance definition

Emergency assistance means any one or more of the following services provided in response to a IV-A emergency assistance application:
Emergency assistance means assistance provided by a participating governmental entity to another under this act;
Emergency assistance means aid provided in the event of a situation that creates an imminent risk of serious harm to the health or safety of the person if he or she is not helped immedi- ately.

Emergency assistance means assistance provided for a stranding event that—
