The Agency’s internal grievance procedures shall include, at a minimum, the following: (i) written notification to the Recipient’s office at the time a Client’s grievance is received; (ii) the opportunity for the grievant to meet with the Agency’s Executive Director, board member(s), or other Agency designee; and (iii) on-site availability of the Orlando EMA Client Grievance Policies and Procedures along with associated forms.
Unless otherwise specified by the Recipient, the Agency shall render Services within the Orlando EMA, which shall include Orange County, Osceola County, Seminole County, and Lake County, Florida.

The terms and conditions that govern radio broadcasts on a regionally syndicated network of non-repeater radio stations (“Regional Syndicated Radio Network”) are subject to the mutual agreement of the Federation, the Musicians, the Employer and the EMA.
