The date (as designated by the Company with respect to an involuntary termination) on which an Employee experiences an Eligible Termination of Employment with the Company.
A Level 1 Employee’s employment with the Company ends for any reason that constitutes an Eligible Termination of Employment within two years after a Change of Control.
