Eligible Services means only those services detailed in the sub-section titled Eligible Services.

"Out-of-State Automobile Insurance Coverage" or "OSAIC" means any coverage for medical expenses under an automobile insurance policy other than PIP. OSAIC includes automobile insurance policies issued in another state or jurisdiction.

Examples of Eligible Services in a sentence
MUIS shall not be obligated to provide or perform any of the Vendor Eligible Services unless an agreement between MUIS and the Vendor for the provision of such services is then-currently in effect, and shall only be liable for the failure to reasonably select the Vendor.
Upon request, MUIS will disclose the identity of the Vendor and the status of the contractual relationship, and a Trust is free to attempt to contract directly with the Vendor for the provision of the Vendor Eligible Services.
