Eligible Resources definition

Eligible Resources means resources eligible to participate in this RFP (as further described in Section 1.9 of the Main Body).
Eligible Resources means the resources from which under the law from time to time an Eligible Resident is entitled to make payments towards the difference between the Expected Cost and the Provider’s Price
Eligible Resources means Eligible Long-Term RFP Resources and/or Eligible Limited-Term RFP Resources, as the context requires.

Examples of Eligible Resources in a sentence

  • The Company will not consider a proposal unless the Bidder has selected one of the eight alternatives or one of the two exceptions of Eligible Resources listed in the Request for Qualifications (Appendix A and Appendix B).

  • The Appendices include all the required Attachments and Forms for each of the Eligible Resources.

  • This should include but not be limited to its ability to perform its obligations that would arise upon execution and delivery of the documents associated with the Company’s acceptance of the Bidder’s bid, and references to support its capability in each of the selected Eligible Resources options which it will be submitting in this RFP.

  • Access to the Eligible Resources is available until the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

  • Eligible Resources available through the Internet may not be “framed” or “mirrored” forming part of an IBM cloud offering, other than on your own intranets in connection with your authorized use of the IBM cloud offering.

  • IBM provides Eligible Resources under this Agreement at no charge.

  • Registered Educators may use Eligible Resources and distribute them only to Students enrolled in specific courses/programs requiring access.

  • If you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement, IBM may immediately and without prior notice terminate your access to and use of the Eligible Resources including Derivative Works you created.

  • Some Eligible Resources may be made available to you remotely through the Internet providing access to (i) functionality of programs, services and (ii) infrastructure and includes related offering materials as part of the remote offering.

  • You may not upload any computer programs, whether compiled or in object or source form to the Eligible Resources.


More Definitions of Eligible Resources

Eligible Resources means resources eligible to participate in this RFP, as established by and set forth in the LPSC’s Pilot Program and approved LPSC Implementation Plan (each as defined in Section 1.2 of the main body of this RFP).

Related to Eligible Resources

  • Flexible Resource means a generating resource that must have a combined Start-up Time and Notification Time of less than or equal to two hours; and a Minimum Run Time of less than or equal to two hours. Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service: “Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service” shall mean Transmission Service under the Tariff that is reserved and/or scheduled between specified Points of Receipt and Delivery pursuant to Tariff, Part II.

  • Eligible resident means an individual or family who resided in a disaster-affected home at the time of the natural disasters of 2008 and who:

  • Eligible Renewable Energy Resource or “ERR” has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12 and California Public Resources Code Section 25741, as either code provision is amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Available resources means funds appropriated for the

  • Renewable Resources means one of the following sources of energy: solar, wind, tidal, geothermal, biomass, hydroelectric facilities or digester gas.

  • Eligible Recipients means all Employees, all Non-Employee Directors and all Consultants.

  • financial service provider means a person engaged in the business of providing financial services in terms of authorisation issued or registration granted by a financial sector regulator;

  • energy service provider means a natural or legal person who delivers energy services or other energy efficiency improvement measures in a final customer’s facility or premises;

  • Eligible Corporation means any domestic C corporation (as defined in section 1361(a)(2) of the Code) other than a corporation which is exempt from, or is not subject to, tax under section 11 of the Code, an entity described in section 851(a) or 856(a) of the Code, a REMIC; or an organization to which part I, subchapter T, chapter 1, subtitle A of the Code applies. The Term "Related Person" means any person that bears a relationship to the Transferee enumerated in section 267(b) or 707(b)(1) of the Code, using "20 percent" instead of "50 percent" where it appears under the provisions; or is under common control (within the meaning of section 52(a) and (b) of the Code) with the Transferee.

  • Eligible Recipient means an employee, director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company who has been selected as an eligible participant by the Administrator; provided, however, to the extent required to avoid accelerated taxation and/or tax penalties under Section 409A of the Code, an Eligible Recipient of an Option or a Stock Appreciation Right means an employee, non-employee director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company with respect to whom the Company is an “eligible issuer of service recipient stock” within the meaning of Section 409A of the Code.

  • Electric related service means a service that is directly related

  • Eligible Real Estate means Real Estate:

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;

  • Health Service Provider has the meaning set out in section 2 of the LHSIA.

  • Renewable resource means: (a) Water; (b) wind; (c) solar

  • Base Load Generation Resource means a Generation Capacity Resource that operates at least 90 percent of the hours that it is available to operate, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.

  • Nursing Service Plan means the plan that is developed by the registered nurse based on an Individual’s initial nursing assessment, reassessment, or updates made to a nursing assessment as a result of monitoring visits. The Nursing Service Plan must describe all licensed nursing services the Individual shall receive and be pursuant to the Individual’s Service Plan.

  • Information Resources means any and all computer printouts, online display devices, mass storage media, and all computer-related activities involving any device capable of receiving email, browsing Web sites, or otherwise capable of receiving, storing, managing, or transmitting Data including, but not limited to, mainframes, servers, Network Infrastructure, personal computers, notebook computers, hand-held computers, personal digital assistant (PDA), pagers, distributed processing systems, network attached and computer controlled medical and laboratory equipment (i.e. embedded technology), telecommunication resources, network environments, telephones, fax machines, printers and service bureaus. Additionally, it is the procedures, equipment, facilities, software, and Data that are designed, built, operated, and maintained to create, collect, record, process, store, retrieve, display, and transmit information.

  • Renewable energy resources means energy derived from solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and hydroelectricity. A fuel cell using hydrogen derived from these eligible resources is also an eligible electric generation technology. Fossil and nuclear fuels and their derivatives are not eligible resources.

  • Market Participant Energy Injection means transactions in the Day-ahead Energy Market and Real-time Energy Market, including but not limited to Day-ahead generation schedules, real- time generation output, Increment Offers, internal bilateral transactions and import transactions, as further described in the PJM Manuals.

  • Eligible group means two or more persons who are engaged in a

  • energy service means the physical benefit, utility or good derived from a combination of energy with energy-efficient technology or with action, which may include the operations, maintenance and control necessary to deliver the service, which is delivered on the basis of a contract and in normal circumstances has proven to result in verifiable and measurable or estimable energy efficiency improvement or primary energy savings;

  • Generation Capacity Resource shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Capacity Performance Resource means a Capacity Resource as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.5A(a).

  • Renewable Energy Source means an energy source that is not fossil carbon-based, non- renewable or radioactive, and may include solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, landfill gas, or wave, tidal and thermal ocean technologies, and includes a Certified Renewable Energy Source.

  • Capacity Storage Resource means any hydroelectric power plant, flywheel, battery storage, or other such facility solely used for short term storage and injection of energy at a later time to participate in the PJM energy and/or Ancillary Services markets and which participates in the Reliability Pricing Model.
