Eligible Receivable Balance definition

Eligible Receivable Balance means, at any time, the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all Eligible Receivables less the sum of (i) the portion of the aggregate outstanding principal balance of Eligible Receivables which exceed the Concentration Limit and the Special Limit, (ii) the Customer Deposit Amount and (iii) the amount, if any, by which the outstanding balance of Eligible Receivables for which the Originator has not yet issued an invoice exceeds 60% of the outstanding balance of all Eligible Receivables.
Eligible Receivable Balance means the Total Outstanding Receivable Balance minus the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Receivables that are not Eligible Receivables, minus the Unrealized Contractual Adjustment Reserve minus the Non-Securitization Account Receivable Proxy. ​
Eligible Receivable Balance means, at any time, the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all Eligible Receivables less the sum of (i) the amount by which (A) the outstanding balance of Eligible Receivables without duplication, owed by each Obligor and its Affiliates plus (B) the Unbilled Receivables for such Obligor exceeds the Concentration Limit for such Obligor, (ii) the amount by which the Eligible Receivables owed by all Governmental Obligors exceeds the Governmental Limit, (iii) the amount by which the outstanding principal amount of all Unbilled Receivables exceeds 40% of the outstanding principal balance of Eligible Receivables, and (iv) the amount of all deposits made by any Obligor with the Originator or the Collection Agent with respect to any Receivables of such Obligors.
