Eligible Project Cost definition

Eligible Project Cost means those costs of a project that are deemed by the Division to be eligible as match or for reimbursement from the DWSRF pursuant to federal and state laws, rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
Eligible Project Cost means the costs allowed for determining the rebate, including solar photovoltaic modules, mounting structure and hardware, associated electrical equipment, energy storage system equipment, and labor costs.
Eligible Project Cost means those costs of a proposed project that are deemed by the Department to comply with the eligibility criteria set forth in section 63010.

More Definitions of Eligible Project Cost

Eligible Project Cost means that portion of the total cost of a Project that is eligible for financial assistance from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund pursuant to federal and State laws, rules, regulations, policies and guidelines.
