Eligible Population definition

Eligible Population means the group of people, described demographically, who are qualified to receive program services.
Eligible Population means older individuals sixty (60) years of age or older, with emphasis on those in greatest economic and social need with particular attention to low- income minority older individuals, older individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP), and older individuals residing in rural areas.
