Eligible Partner definition

Eligible Partner or “eligible member” means a partner or member who has substantial ownership in the business entity.
Eligible Partner means eligible partner of eligible BIDDER satisfying qualifying criteria.
Eligible Partner means any regular, full-time or part-time Partner who (i) was a Partner as of April 1 in the fiscal year of the Company prior to the date of the Option grant, (ii) is a Partner on the date of the Option grant, and (iii) who has been paid for at least 500 hours (which equates to approximately twenty hours per week on average) between April 1 and the last day of the prior fiscal year or between the first day of the prior fiscal year and March 31 of the fiscal year prior to the date of the Option grant. Officers and members of the Boards of Directors of the Company or its Subsidiaries shall not be eligible to participate in this Plan. In addition, none of the following individuals shall be an Eligible Partner:

  • Intel’s standard terms and conditions of sale shall govern any purchase or redemption of Points for Intel products made between the Eligible Partner and Intel and shall prevail over any other agreements unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Intel.

More Definitions of Eligible Partner

Eligible Partner means any Partner which: (a) has been attributed as a “partner” of eToro pursuant to eToro’s customary tracking protocols, including but not limited to, the use of eToro’s unique partners’ identification code, cookies or otherwise, and

Eligible Partner means the individual, if any, who immediately prior to a Key Employee’s death qualified as the Key Employee’s “Eligible Partner” as defined in The TJX Companies, Inc. Retirement Plan .

For the period up to and including Mr. Xxxxxxxx'x xxxchase of Meyex'x direct or indirect partnership interests in the Partnership, "Eligible Partner" also includes Meyex xx a former holder of a partnership interest in the Partnership.
