Eligible Members definition

Eligible Members means employees / members who, having met all the requirements set out in the Policy Schedule attached to this Policy; are entitled to participate in the insurance plan under this Policy.

Eligible Members means those members who satisfy and continue to satisfy the eligibility criteria specified in Part II, Section A of this Policy, and are eligible to participate in the insurance plan under this Policy.

Eligible Members means Members who, are not otherwise disqualified by reason of the matters set out herein, are entitled to participate in the insurance plan under this Policy.

More Definitions of Eligible Members

Eligible Members means individuals who are members of the Company Board of Directors as of immediately prior to the Joint Proxy Statement/Prospectus Mailing Date and have agreed to serve as members of the Parent Board of Directors.

As used in this definition and hereinafter in this Declaration, the phrase “municipal treasurer” or “official custodian” shall refer to such officer or officers only in their official capacity as such, and not individually or personally.
