Eligible Individuals definition

Eligible Individuals means directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and prospective employees and consultants who have accepted offers of employment or consultancy from the Company or its Subsidiaries or Affiliates.

Eligible Individuals means the individuals described in Section 6 who are eligible for Awards under the Plan.

Eligible Individuals has the meaning set forth in Section 4.12.

Examples of Eligible Individuals in a sentence

• Training Services to Eligible Individuals in respect of which the Training Provider claims any payment of Funds under this VET Funding Contract must be reported by the Training Provider with the correct 'Funding Source Identifier' in accordance with the Victorian VET Student Statistical Collection Guidelines, and accurately reflecting whether the Eligible Individual is an Apprentice or Trainee.

• The Contact Hour Funds are calculated by multiplying: the number of scheduled hours of training and assessment reported by the Training Provider under this Schedule 1 as having been delivered, or to be delivered, to Eligible Individuals; and the applicable hourly rate per scheduled hour as identified in Clause 13.3 of this Schedule 1.

• The Training Provider must ensure that all mandatory standard enrolment questions as described in the Victorian VET Student Statistical Collection Guidelines, together with any directions of the Department, are applied during the enrolment process of all Eligible Individuals.

• This information ensures that both the Training Provider and the group of Eligible Individuals or the Eligible Individual are making informed decisions about the Training Services required and the respective obligations in the delivery of these Training Services.

• The information must be consistent with the qualifications or competencies to be attained and customised (as required), for the needs of the Eligible Individual or group of Eligible Individuals, including the needs identified in the Pre-Training Review.

Eligible Individuals means directors, officers, and employees of the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and prospective directors, officers and employees who have accepted offers of employment or consultancy from the Corporation or its Subsidiaries or Affiliates.

Eligible Individuals means (i) officers and employees of, and other individuals, including non-employee directors, who are natural persons providing bona fide services to or for, Immunomedics or any of its Subsidiaries, provided that such services are not in connection with the offer or sale of securities in a capital-raising transaction and do not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for Immunomedics’ securities, and (ii) prospective officers, employees and service providers who have accepted offers of employment or other service relationship from Immunomedics or a Subsidiary.

Eligible Individuals means (i) officers and employees of, and other individuals, including non-employee directors, who are natural persons providing bona fide services to or for, Aralez or any of its Subsidiaries, provided that such services are not in connection with the offer or sale of securities in a capital-raising transaction and do not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for Aralez’s securities, (ii) prospective officers, employees and service providers who have accepted offers of employment or other service relationship from Aralez or a Subsidiary; and (iii) consultants who are natural persons providing bona fide services to or for, Aralez or any of its Subsidiaries, provided that such services are not in connection with the offer or sale of securities in a capital-raising transaction and do not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for Aralez’s securities.
