Eligible Goods and Services means Italian Goods and Services and EU and Non-EU Goods and Services which are supplied or rendered or to be supplied or rendered by the Builder to the Borrower pursuant to the Shipbuilding Contract for the design, construction and delivery of the Ship.

Eligible Goods and Services means the goods, services and facilities of a Service Provider in respect of which SkyCity has agreed (with the Service Provider) that Members will earn Points from the purchase or use of such goods, services and facilities.

Examples of Eligible Goods and Services in a sentence

As a Local Frequency Program Participant, the Participant hereby expressly agrees to accept Earned Local Points as a credit toward the purchase price of Eligible Goods and Services in whole or in part as a Redeeming Transaction.
It is the Participant’s responsibility to determine if a good or service constitutes Eligible Goods and Services under Applicable Laws and shall be responsible for (and shall indemnify and save Protegra harmless from) any damages or penalties in respect of same.
For certainty, Earned Local Points obtained in respect of Qualifying Transactions at one Participating Location may be redeemed toward future purchases of Eligible Goods and Services (including Applicable Taxes and gratuities) at another Participating Location.
Any Participant-specific definitions or terms, including but not limited to a list of Eligible Goods and Services or any special promotions or offers included in a Supplement and any such Supplement shall conclusively be deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
The Participant is obligated to restrict accumulation and redemption on goods and services that are not Eligible Goods and Services.

More Definitions of Eligible Goods and Services

Eligible Goods and Services means the portion of the goods and services to be supplied under the Commercial Contract with Chinese content accepted by Sinosure under the Sinosure Policy.

Eligible Goods and Services means collectively the Eligible Foreign Goods and Services and the Eligible Local Services provided under the Contracts.

Eligible Goods and Services means goods and services supplied or provided by the Supplier pursuant to the terms of the Supply Contract, which are eligible for financing under the Facility.
