Eligible Fees definition

Eligible Fees means all annual retainers and fees paid to Eligible Directors in their capacity as such (including the annual retainer paid to the director who is the Chairman of the Board, annual fees paid to directors acting as chairman of a committee of the Board and fees paid for attendance at meetings of the Board and of committees of the Board).

  • Eligible Costs means the actual costs reasonably incurred by the Recipient:

  • Applicable Fee Rate means, at any time, the percentage rate per annum at which Commitment Fees are accruing on the unused portion of the Aggregate Commitment at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Late Payment Fee means the excess of the Price Differential paid as a result of its calculation at the Post-Default Rate over the Price Differential as would have been calculated at the Pricing Rate.

  • Booking Fee is the fee an Agency charges for scheduling Sign Language Interpreters.

  • Administration Fee Rate The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee Rate, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee Rate.

  • Eligible Compensation means, with respect to each Participant for each pay period, the full salary and wages paid to such Participant by the Company or a Participating Subsidiary, including commissions, bonuses (to the extent not excluded below), overtime pay and shift differentials.
