Examples of Eligible Expenditures in a sentence
Notwithstanding the provisions of Part A of this Section, no withdrawal shall be made for payments made prior to the date of this Agreement, except that withdrawals up to an aggregate amount not to exceed SDR 4,000,000 equivalent may be made for payments made prior to this date but on or after September 1, 2007, for Eligible Expenditures.
The procedures provided for in Article J.2.0 (Procedures for Requests for Payment for Eligible Expenditures) of this Schedule “J” (Request for Payment and Payment Procedures) will apply to requests for payment that the Recipient submits to the Province under the Agreement.
The Borrower may withdraw the proceeds of the Loan in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the General Conditions, this Section, and such additional instructions as the Bank shall specify by notice to the Borrower (including the “World Bank Disbursement Guidelines for Projects” dated May 2006, as revised from time to time by the Bank and as made applicable to this Agreement pursuant to such instructions), to finance Eligible Expenditures as set forth in the table in paragraph 2 below.
Unless a cost or a loss is considered an Eligible Expenditure pursuant to section C1.1 (Scope of Eligible Expenditures), such cost or loss will be considered an Ineligible Expenditure.
With the exception of advertising campaigns outlined in Article G.10.0 (Advertising Campaigns), the costs of Communication Activities and signage will follow the eligibility rules established in Schedule “E” (Eligible Expenditures and Ineligible Expenditures).
