Examples of Eligible Expenditure in a sentence
Canada may consent in writing that construction or any other physical activity, including site preparation or vegetation removal, be carried out for the portion of the Project not subject to federal environmental or impact assessment and that funds or additional funds for any Eligible Expenditure will be payable by Canada for the portion of the Project not subject to federal environmental or impact assessment.
ELIGIBLE AND INELIGIBLE EXPENDITURE The Authority will only pay the Grant in respect of Eligible Expenditure incurred by the Grant Recipient to deliver the Funded Activities and the Grant Recipient will use the Grant solely for delivery of the Funded Activities.
The Recipient also agrees that no funds or additional funds for any Eligible Expenditure for the Project will become or will be payable by Canada to the Recipient unless and until the legislative requirements are met and continue to be met.
Unless a cost or a loss is considered an Eligible Expenditure pursuant to section C1.1 (Scope of Eligible Expenditures), such cost or loss will be considered an Ineligible Expenditure.
You must provide details of Eligible Expenditure in respect all Funded Activities and must record this expenditure in ANNEX 7 of this Grant Agreement.
